Key Requirement & Qualifications:
4-year degree (Computer Science/equivalent Engineering)
College Graduate or 1+ years in Testing.
Hands-on/knowledge of Python, C/Java would be an added advantage
Hands-on/knowledge on authoring test cases
Knowledge on one or more test management & automation tools
Knowledge on testing concepts: Functional, Non-functional areas
Good communication and presentation skills
Formal training on testing/automation would be a plus
